Hi Troonman! See emmanuel #post56,308 and download the pdf file of CM settings. He described in detail about using Cave Manager and its settings for D-charts. You can change these setting according to your own MM plan and preference. Hope this helps.

HSN100 oe anyone else, for some reason my broker's Metatrader (build 830) will not load CM (v1.4) when I click on it. Its in the correct directory beside the other indicators that I have loaded, but it will not load. I checked a thread where others had the same issue specifically for CM but no solution was provided on that thread. Whether by conicidence or otherwise, all those with the issue stated that they had MT build 830.

Any possible solutions would be appreciated.

Have you closed and reopened MT4 recently. Build 840 was released on 12th June. Also CM does not go in the indicators directory but the experts directory. CM(1.41) works fine for me on both build 830 and 840.

Hello
I'm trying to get the pair monitor working on my machine this is my second go at it I have every file where it should be it looks like its working ice got it set on 1 minuite to see if anything changes which it does but I just can't see everything.

Can someone please have a look and see if they can help me please

Hi Kaz3! As Lookleft told you, Install the CM in the expert folder and restart your MT4 platform. I also have CM v1.41 and it's working fine on my MT4 platform.

Problem solved, thanks Lookleft. I had placed it into the Experts folder but was trying to access it from the Indicators list on the MT front panel instead of the Expert Advisors list. Once you place it into either the Indicators or Experts folders, it then appears in both the Indicators and the Expert Advisors lists on the MT front panel, so a bit confusing. Anyway thanks.

Hi Rabhni
Here's my take on your trades keeping things simple. Firstly add a 200ema and 50ema to your charts and see how they react with price.
AUDUSD
1. What was the color of the APB wicks before your entry telling you
2. Where was the TDI cross
3. What happened to price on your entry in relation to the 2 new ema mentioned above.
4. Draw a horizontal line from where price stopped, zoom out and look left. Has price reacted around here before.
5. Draw a horizontal line at 0.7750 and look left. Has this RN had any effect on price before.
6. What did the H4 chart look like. Bearish or bullish and how strong.
EURCHF
I suspect that the same as above might apply. When I opened the chart all I saw was lots of small APB with wicks at both ends which would have been enough for me to walk away.

Remember not to just look at the TDI and APB scan the chart for S/R and check TF either side. It might sound a lot but very soon it becomes second nature. You don't have to enter the minute an APB closes.

@LT, Please see my findings below.

Firstly add a 200ema and 50ema to your charts and see how they react with price. - Added

2. Where was the TDI cross - It had crossed on the previous candle and pointing between 12-2
3. What happened to price on your entry in relation to the 2 new ema mentioned above. - Price retraced after touching the 200 ema
4. Draw a horizontal line from where price stopped, zoom out and look left. Has price reacted around here before. - It did retrace once
5. Draw a horizontal line at 0.7750 and look left. Has this RN had any effect on price before. - It did bounce back from this RBN few times
6. What did the H4 chart look like. Bearish or bullish and how strong. - It was in a channel and my aim was to scalp inside the channel

Two trades for the day :-

EA (H1)
Attached Image


Big boss (D1) was bearish whereas the boss (H4) was bullish.
Price had not closed below the PAC as such.
Assumed bearish as price had tested 1.45 couple of times and had not managed to break through.
TP was near the DO. Price had actually spike down and away (few pips away from TP)
Cardinal rule of not trading towards DO was not adhered to.

GU (M30)

Big boss (D1) was bearish as well as the boss (H4).
Trade was taken after price closed below Prev. daily low.
Target was ADR low which was reached
On hindsight, traded right into 1.57 (round number). Lucky trade.

Dont mind my ramblings. Hoping for some golden words from those well experienced. I still have loads to learn but starting to love this system! <3
