They do not answer e-mails.
They do not answer questions on their forums (especially concerning their api).
They make me sick.. Never came across such idiots.

I can't comment on the forum API stuff, but they always answer me right away. When you open an account they add you to Skype so you have direct access to them. I have always used Skype or Live Chat and had amazing customer service.

I just went on Skype and asked about their process of answering emails and this was the official reply:

"We deploy a ticketing system (we were among the first in the industry to deploy such a solution and many other followed later) where every request is assigned a ticket id and eventually escalated to a supervisor if not answered. The system uses a time counter where tickets are handled according our SLA. We do have another system of survey showing more than 90% of customers satisfied with the level of service received."

They also said that they do not answer questions on their forums (especially concerning their API). The forum is for discussion purposes only.

Hope this helps.

Well, I have to test things first, before opening an account, obviously. Except I can have a demo account. And I used this support form: https://secure.fastbrokers.com/support/
The problem is their utterly stupid procedure about get going with their api. One cannot just start development like with any other broker that have an api (i.e. Dukascopy, Interactive Brokers, LMAX etc etc), or mt4 for that matter; instead one has to get some kind of approval for plugin-IDs and some kind of license for standalone apps. And how and where to get these if they do not care to answer anything anywhere. Apart from that, all their documentation (if it can be called so) and samples are BS, plain and simple put - nothing works (some stuff even does not compile because it contains simple syntax errors). I mean, what gives? Really never came across such morons. They seem to be italian or what, they can't even proper English. I'm totally disappointed and only can hope to never have to deal with them.

What does not compile? lol so that explains why there's so much bugs in their platform. Platform is nice there's just so much bugs. I get a lot of weird things happen when I do things to their platform. Like when I put an indicator on a chart but it goes to another chart. And yes I have the right chart clicked i'm not that stupid lol. So far the only thing that made me open an account with them is the tight spread they are the only US broker I found with this tight spread is with them.
At this time I use FXCM Marketscope as my main chart analysis but I execute trades on scalper book. I'm still only trading on demo though. Sad... I hope they fix these bugs because the platform got potential.

About their support, so far they are great with me. They answer my email right away, there's even a live chat.

Well judging by your posts here I understand why they don't want to help you. I'm sure that by calling them "morons" and commenting on their ethnicity and English skills, they are quite happy not having you as a customer. English is probably not their first languages but I've never had trouble understanding anything.

By the way, have you read your English? I had a harder time reading this post than anything I've ever read from Fastbrokers.

Their api examples. I am only referring to the api stuff, I'm not interested in their trading app. I use my own software for trading and would be interested in porting it to work via their api.

Interesting. I don't know why, but I have tried three times to contact them (about their api), even posted to their forum, and got no reply what so ever.

They do not know me. I have not called them morons when I contacted them. Because at that point I was not as frustrated with them as I am now.
Sure my English isn't particularly good, it isn't my language, too. But this is not the point. I am not a broker, nor do I have to explain or theach about how stuff works. But be assured that I can read English much better than writing. Anyway, not only I, but everyone has to rely on that technical documentation is clear and complete and written in the correct language. Provided examples should be tested, working, and up to date - otoh, their examples from support.ecn2.com/api/ are old visual studio 2008 projects, based off an old version of the api (1.1.29), or who knows what.. Just for fun try to download "ECN2API binary DLL package" from forementioned site; you will get 404'd.. I mean, this is unprofessional, point.

You call them "idiots and morons" in a public forum, make fun of them while you can barely type basic English - then complain as they aren't supporting you pronto?
2/3 of your posts are insults to brokers....any special interest there in trashing?

What a joke....reading your attitude and arrogance here, I can only imagine the tone of your conversations with their support. Seems clear you must be just another market eject which has lost most of his money and waste time trolling around brokers to vent his anger.

Get a life man. They did good not answering you. If I were them, I would have banned you for life.

Nah, I take care not to lose money. Two-thirds of my posts are insults to brokers? Would be new to me. You do not seem to know what you're talking. Also you should read posts more carefully. That would save you from talking nonsense (about).
Anyway, take care of your own business. Cheers.

New update and new bugs... Anyone else having problems adding Volume Oscillator indicator? Whenever I do it just goes to a loop saying invalid source and I can't do anything. I'm glad I'm not in a trade... I feel If I open a ticket for this they will just screw it up some more anyway. I might just switch to using Ninjatrader instead of this platform. sigh***

Just want to add that I've recently signed up for a LMAX feed via FastBrokers, and am VERY happy with the results.

The Pathfinder Trader is quite a bit to adjust to after MT4. There is just so much there to learn, but I've got enough down to use the scalper ladder quite well.

The LMAX price feed, on E/U at least, is way better than all my MT4 brokers. Better scalping price movements, and with the ease of placing limit orders, just so easy to scalp.

So far, a very happy customer here. Just regret I did not find them years ago.

Mystic: I am considering opening account with fastbrokers as well, but cant decide whether to choose CNX or LMAX liquidity provider... Could you help me - why did you choose lmax over cnx? I am mostly news trader, and I am looking for more liquidity than most MT4 brokers can provide at news events... As far as i see CNX is way bigger than LMAX, and besides, I could probably get more lmaq liquidity and speeds directly at lmax.com (they are broker as well)... So, any thoughts on this selection would be welcome!

cheers to all!

Anyone, other than me, still with Fastbrokers? If so, how are you finding the "new" platform.

Right now, I'm not too sure. There have been some unannounced changes to the platform that are still not right. A real pity, because they had a great platform and great rates. At least LMAX holds my funds, so there is no issue there.
