I've just rung FSCS and was told my name is on the spreadsheet for the next payment.
They are still doing some verifications and payment will be made in A FEW weeks???
Don't know what to believe anymore...

I can only pray a few means 2 weeks
Any single person got their money back ?

Just relax and you will soon get paid! FSCS is a serious organization, if they have your name it is just a matter of time.

I agree that we will get our money back but:

 

  1. There are way too many inconsistencies with the payment procedures and
  2. contrary to what KPMG and FSCs have put in writing they are not treating us equally. In some of the letters it was pointed out specifically that nobody will be favoured above another one and I refer to payments. Both gave the impression that whenever payment starts that all will be getting it at the same time. This is not the case....
  3. No recent updates with regards to the second tranche also adds to this mess.

All that and I don't think we're guaranteed to get the agreed money back due to the exchange rate banks will use when it's sent to our accounts.
AGREE. FSCS does not work properly. We are outside EuroZone felt discriminated by them.
Let GOD punish them.

I am from the UK.

I have NOT recieved an e-mail from the FSCS regarding the 2nd tranch of payments.

Pull your head out of your own arse and read the darn thread.

Pretty despicable that you would be asking God to punish them.
Please tell me what I can do in this situation.

I gave well over 30k CAD to a trading company in China, I signed a contract with the company that stated the company will open an account with Alpari and manage the account for me for a year, the contract ends June 1. But since the insolvency I have not been receiving my monthly profit and I contacted the company to find out about the insolvency. I assume they never really opened an account with Alpari in my name because I did not receive email from KPMG. The company is saying they can't give me back my money because of the insolvency. They say they are waiting for the money, and that Asian will get their money later than all the other countries?

IF God would exist, we will be the first who would be punished because we trade Forex.

Borrowing money to earn money was one of the biggest sins, only few 100 years ago
and now we trade money to earn money what is a simply perversion of all we believe
at, and we was "thought" about, and then asking God to punish them ?!?!?!

Sorry but like i said before,

and thats a fact !i also did not received the money till now, but im relaxed, i will is receive it like it seems,
but if not its only money, so what !!

been a while since i checked in in here. Can someone give me the quick rundown please

I got my money into an ETX account some time ago, seems some people have still not been paid, whats the issue here?

Also has anyone who made profit from the swissy disaster get their profit money???

Ok here's the rundown since you've been gone - this whole thing is not exactly perfect so finally now people are loosing their minds blaming this imperfect process on UK racism of all things. For God's sake the may 31 deadline was only 18d ago

do you know what the underlying reason is for some people not getting paid yet? seems a little unfair, i mean i think i would be fuming too if my money had not been returned by the deadline....
You are more non-sense mother fucker. I felt most from the eurozone are paid, most from outside eurozone are not paid yet.

FSCS say that they plan to pay is in june.. But until half of june, no payment from FSCS, I NEED MY MONEY... Please bring my money back

But the may 31 deadline was not pmt deadline it was they say interim deadline for all us chf-yes to finalise decisions and papaerwork and proof and also decide jsa or fscs also they can extend etx. They are still letting these first tranche people change minds a few weeks ago if do or don't go with ETX and still letting a change if they wanted to claim thru FSCS and not JSA you just have to call +44 (0) 333 202 1397
Does anyone think it'd be possible to make a late switch to have the money paid into an ETX account? I'm wary of the current GBPUSD price and I feel like I could lose extra money due to the conversion rate the bank will use when the money lands.
