I dont remember exactly the date but i get the access in first week or so and one week more to assign the claim

What do you mean they have to produce proof? They will just say the trades were closed st best available price and unfortunately the contract already envisages such kind of potential loss...

I'm willing to fight this in court and already found a good lawyer.

Does anyone know of law firms that are making class action against Alpari uk
about irregularities in the trade of EUR CHF 15 January 2015,
or concerning the opposition to request for payment of the negative balance of EUR CHF?

Alpari UK and KPMG are requiring from me many thousands of pounds ......I'm desperate!

Please help me!!

In his original post he denied even trading on that specific account. He said he closed the account years ago.

If that is true then KPMG must provide proof that he traded the account . Simple.

Hi Guys

Yes Cobra is correct in my case, it is different. I withdrew all my funds from Alpari in 2010. Unless someone in Alpari hacked my account and was using it it illegally. I had not set a trade with them for over 5 years. No account number was given nor any statement to prove this, just an email saying I had trades open during the crisis.Totally mythical.

It's bizzare but it is what I expect with bullying tactics used in these cases.
