The US Non-Farm Payrolls had a considerable effect on EUR/USD on Friday, causing the pair to drop over 150 pips, but today it began climbing again. The pair will likely test the resistance at 1.1440 and should it manage to break above that level it will probably head for target 1.1550 - 1560.

No it's not. It's short covering. Mostly forced! With sharp move downs they suck more and more shorts in and then force them cover higher. Short to long ratio is 6 to 4 now. It's going up. Last night I was ridiculed for saying so, even "suspended" ... lol We're up 200 from that point.

All the EU doom and gloom, I keep buying. Good luck all the shorts. Ya'll need it.

Of course there will be retrenchments but you add to your longs when that happens, not short against it. Unless you're a pro trader that is. And I highly doubt that you are one, no offence.

Anyone advocating shorting after a 3500 pip down move, think they're some pro scalper is someone I don't need to hear from. That's why I ignored you. Nothing personal.

My overall view on 4H

Price tries to test upper resistance zone and is nearing the field of rejection (red dotted zone)

Important: We must keep in mind that price is also above 1H cloud (150 pips needed to fall back below 1H cloud)

My bias: as long as above 1.1208 it's better to stay bullish
