No clutter, I like Monty Python and humor, especially when market is slow or closed. Good for the brain and the soul.

I know! I know! It was in the book David and Goliath. It is from the Cognitive Reflection Test(CRT) and was developed by Shane Frederick to measure your ability to understand when something is more complex than it appears-to move past impulsive answers to deeper, analytic judgments. pg.103.

I remember it but we need a way to index them again. Back before FF made all the wonderful changes, we used to have a subject line in the posts. I always used the pair and TF (if not all in one). Made "searching" back in the Corner to find my thoughts much easier and faster. Better/faster learning for me. :nerd:

Main point being from the attached - Many people are overconfident, prone to place too much faith in their intuitions. They apparently find cognitive effort at least mildly unpleasant and avoid it as much as possible.
