Today that level was morning top so it was safe level to short technically. That same thing happened on NFP, there was no sell orders above just before NFP when banks/funds closed shorts (thats why gap) and shorted from 70/75 and killed the trade.
But what if the outcome had been - NFP for US, then trade would have bee flipped so fast upside that it would have taken out most of traders and 70/75 level and targeted +100 pips from that anyway.
So, to make odds much better for the NFP, one needs to know price space and wide range with orders.
They think they are smarter than I am.
