Few little notes from last week up till today. Have you noticed the same perhaps?

The more I watch this indi- the more I suspect it can be traded profitably as a lone indicator. Much like we see maxdoom trading pivots. More needs to be seen of course, and patterns worked out...but it looks promising, especially with supporting indicators/mids/fibs/harmonics/whatever. The beauty is, since it's derived from Fibs....it almost always has corresponding fibs or harmonics (at least from the harmonics I see posted in the thread, and the few i can monkey-fuck onto a chart)

I pretty much have this pivot now and trade it.It works beautifully.The key is to keep an eye on order flow.For example the dumping yesterday then proceeded up on UJ and UC. This part to me is critical.What moves the market
1.News
2.Sentiment
3.Order flow
Charts are to me by product of these 3 elements and provide excellent areas for entry and exit and this pivot3 indi provides good levels for entry and exit assuming you are on correct order flow.
Trick is being on right side of order flow.Much of market is overtaken by algos and challenge is to outsmart these robots.
forgot to mention the bounce you are referring is typical 123pattern that happens in harmonic patterns.Its great to see where they occur most often.

Is there any auto EW or harmonics indicator? Trying to avoid reading on the subject and get further confusion.

I do think there are some? floating around the forum here but we don't use them nor recommend others do. As with anything, you must be willing to put the work in to truly learn what to look for. Harmonics & Ratios can identify "areas" of interest that often work well but it's up to us to watch PA and Structure to confirm them. I don't know of any "automatic" thing that can do that. If there is, it would likely lag anyway?

I'm not the sharpest tool in the box so I know where you're coming from with reading and all but, I'm smart enough to know I must until it becomes clear. When it comes to Harmonics, Yep! Still reading myself. :nerd:

That's why I'm the ugly duckling of Mr. Scott's thread here. I still rely on good Ole SR/SD for the bulk of my views. But I've always used FIBS so that ties in nicely with Harmonics.

Thanks for the reply, I am not a fan of automation myself but it's a shortcut I am willing to take to avoid more screen time with pdf reading I am currently investing my time in reading about auction markets, market profile and price histogram. I am usually using fibs too. But I need a 3rd tool for confirmation and having seen Scott's charts in GU thread it looks good enough as a 3rd as I am still taking random trades. (Been using 34 wave ema too from Davit's thread but only for setting stops, as it is not useful for entries).

Well I wish you luck in finding one. When I started all this I crammed so much "stuff" over time trying everything (including all sorts of indies ) that I soon realized keeping it simple was the best for me. My foundation is, and always will be simple SR/SD & Fibs. The missing piece (in my mind anyway) is answered with harmonics. Knowing where to enter is rather easy for me. But I believe having reliable targets (distance) will help me maximize the trades. We'll see.

HI Mr Scott, i have this possible shark for EN, but i shorted at yearly pivot already as it has a lot of confluence on higher TF
