That is very untrue. You need to do research, and i dont mean on FF forum. There are many profitable traders teaching in investment, with profitable students largely.
And please dont dissagree with me on this one, unless you do your research properly.

kind of easy to bash on someone that isn't there to defend himself (Tyrant). I agree that some of his comments are over the top sometimes and I certainly don't endorse everything that he says, but so far he's proven to make good profits. It seems that many here consider themselves as day traders and that is fine, but for someone like me who's got a day job, I simply don't have time to spend the whole day in front of a computer and watch for that 10 pip scalp. I have no problem holding a trade for weeks as long as I am making profits in the end, and that might be why Tyrant's style of trading fits more with mine. I am not sure why people here get so unconformable with bigger DD since it's all about good MM in the end.
Good, fast and cheap, pick any two you can't have all three

Why in the world would someone who is successful, trading his own account making a few million a year working when he want to, in his own place and time go to the effort of actually having to work for a living talking to uneducated housewives and the unemployed day after day who see trading as a get rich quick scheme charging 99 dollars for a training session. The numbers just don't add up. Put 50k in an account, aim for 2% a day and you can turn that into several million in a few years and work when and if you want to. The numbers just don't add up, teaching/signals will never make you the money trading will, unless of course you aren't very good at trading then teaching/signals may well be the income source for you, that however means, those that teach can't trade.

There are very few businesses in the world where you can make the kind of money you can in trading, the problem is though that very few manage it, those that do would never contemplate starting some kind of seminar business or even a trading signal service, why would you, the ROI is peanuts compared to what you can generate actually trading your own money.

Even those that trade for a living with the big houses or even the boutiques will all eventually retire and trade their own money why wouldn't you, no hassle, no headaches, don't need to talk to anyone, no need to explain yourself to the back office, compliance or the regulators, you can work from anywhere and anytime you please.

Cant be upset....that's the furthest I've seen anyone get, and much better than my measly 1900%

Just has to work once.....0k or 50k philosophy. I'd imagine once that high the come-down would be nuts. Maybe that's where we read about these guys jumping from 50 story buildings
