This is a good fundamental discussion. :-) I also agree with you about the cost of living increase. In the past, before the Euro, countries had a chance through inflation to adjust their cost of living and devalue their currency. With the Euro that is not possible anymore. The southern countries are too weak to compete with the strong north. So what does the EU do, they "transfer" money in form of debt. But voters would only agree to the loans if the receiving countries agreed to reforms. Look at the Greeks. They were supposed to built a working taxing system since 2012. It does not exist. There is no functioning income tax, property tax or corporate tax system. A landowner for instance gets assessed property tax by the size of their electricity bill, as they don't have a working lien or land assessment system either. The Germans offered help with all of that but were called Nazis. On the other hand why should the Greeks change their way of life completely just because they are in this Euro construct that so much disagrees with their way of life? Not everyone can be and should be like the Germans. The problem is only that they took all that debt money....I am very interested to see how Europe will deal with this in the long run. The idea that should have reunited all of Europe is now dividing and destroying it.

that norm for 15xx is 0786.. once 0786 prints. norm has been hit.. bounce signals then, may be more meaningful.. i am not bullish, i am not not ignoring a bounce to 1264 is common even if bearish, before 0657. i am also not ignoring 15xx has some fans waiting to long once 0786 is hit (0786/0462).. the atm low is 0824, 40 more pips is 0786.. Friday has gdp news, first quarter.. some large R to get past toward 1264. patient bears and bulls may have a shot soon

Should EURUSD starts sliding below 1.0820 support area, it could be vulnerable to continue drifting lower to drop below 1.0700 mark (1.0680-60 support region)...
