Fischer is a very good central banker (did a fantastic job in Israel), but 'unexpected' is his middle name. His philosophy is that it's better to keep the markets guessing a bit to keep speculators from raking in too much easy money. So that needs to be taken into account when reading things into what he says.

Well Like I said (Most) because its not communism. No restriction is not cool eiither

Guys the runs for EU and U-cad have been terminated . No signal for now. Hopefully the picture will be clear likely tomorrow where the next move will take.
