Awsm stuff guys! I am running on Demo with the Smooth settings after watching the vid from Seller9. My earlier tests with v10 and v11 running default settings did result in negative profit though I was getting greedy as the first 3 basked, on average, closed just fine :-)

How is everyone doing on results? so far?

The result so far today on the market. Enter on London Market with 1.5 TP. All hit the target with awesome profit. However, I've tried manually enter the market afterward (Greedy). Doesn't end up well.

I've change HAS from SmoothTrader's setting to 2/5/2/7. You might want to try.

3 baskets, London open till NY open with Smotthtraders Equity Locks and settings works well. You have to keep clear of news though but you should be doing this for the majority of your strategies anyway.

Keep posting results and changes as there are many ways to skin a cat.

A couple strategies I am testing out, any feedback on what I can do to improve would be greatly appreciated. So far I did well the previous 2 weeks but not so good this week but a lot of that comes down to my inexperience, patience and greed. Thinking I have to place trades when in reality the best thing to do would be to wait for the correct trade. If I have a couple of KIS strategies I think I may be less likely to jump into bad trades as I may have more options.

Strategy 1 - 30 Min Set Up
TF - 30mins
Session - LD to open of NY
Indicators -
PIN 1 CCI D 100/-100
PIN 2 HAS D 2/3/2/4
MA2 : This is only used for reference

Exits -
TSL - 1.75
PIN 2 X
EL - In pip difference (45-5) - (52.5-20) - (60-30) - (75-60) then trail

Rules: PIN1 and PIN2 both in direction and short term MA above long term MA in same direction. Keep clear of news for at least 30 mins. That's it, still in profit but hard to tell how profitable it could be as I have made mistakes by trading during news times and going for a 2nd basket.

The manual is in a series of videos on you tube www.youtube.com/user/TheForexdb/videos . All EAs, indicators etc are on post one of this thread. If you need any help in setting up just post on this thread as there are many helpful traders willing to help out.

Use all the posted videos as a manual....there you will find everything you need.......and by the way, there`is no strategy, that is the fun part of this wonderful tool.......

My Strategy - 1H Set Up

PIN 1 X MA2 ( MA1 Setting (14-3-1) MA2 (34-3-1)

Exits -

PIN 1 X
EL -(1.5-0.5) - (2.5-1) (4-2) - (6-3) (8-4) (10-5) (12-6) ( 14-7)

Congrats Kadox! Are you using the 1H time frame? On your #9402 post you mention that you were demo-testing with three different brokers. Did you find your results were similar between them when using the same trade setup? Or quite different?

As you say the $/Eu total isn't as important as that equity curve. If that's consistent with such small draw down, one can plug in what ever lot size their account can handle.

Hi Kadox,

Wonderful results! If I look and the trade entry times it looks like you have been using the 15 minute time-frame. Is that correct? In previous posts you stated that you use the 1 hr time-frame.
If you have changed any settings, from the previously published ones, please let us know. Thanks.

It would be so useful to have an option to say: as soon as a pair opened, desactivate it from opening again (so you can activate it manually again if you want later) so the button pair should become white.

Another idea would be to clear all tab as soon as the equity TP is hit or the equity stop loss is hit, that way, it prevent the ea from opening any pair after we reached our goal or we lose enough for the day.

SmoothTrader, i trade H1 with PA only, what are your settings?
I also have another EA that do a trailing SL on equity (global trailing stop loss on the amount of pips).

Excellent results and even better attitude.

It's not about making every possible penny to be made....it's about making the profits that you want and doing it your way. Make sure that trading is not your life support, but that trading supports your life.

Hi guys,congratulations for your work here,but i need a little help.

I try to install the EA(any version) on mt4 platform,but i dont know why it look like in pictures.Because of this,i can not setup,play or stop the EA.If the issue was discussed,please send me to page were it was discussed,or ghive me an advice.

You need to use the # black template 1st to remove the underlying chart.GREEN pips to one and all.

Tx SmoothTrader, now i put first time #black template,and afther i loaded Slots_v12 EA on more than one platforms and the result are the same It is posible to do something wrong,but i dont know were is the mistake.
