Frankly I don't know which is on indi but works well as far as how price reacts to it.Its just a tool for your arsenal of weapons that's all.
To me its like "heads up price hitting 61 either take profit or WATCH carefully what price may do next."
As a swing trader I trade longer then daily most times anyway.

Thank you for kind words and contributions. Davit, post away, anything of quality is of interest. I tend to be harmonically based but there is much that is harmonic that does not fall into patterns. I am just going to try to spend most of my time over here as opposed to elsewhere.

Update to charts posted earlier today. Maybe someone caught these? But we can see what we look for. AU is valid daily, I zoom to show. NU posted earlier today. Love these patterns, tend to be precise bounce patterns. Some might not comply to traditional rules, but is ok, they work or they do not. Make them your own.

Absolutely. I notice we get the same levels often- obviously due to fibs...makes harmonics quite interesting to me. I dabbled in them- back when I followed davit, but never quite got the jist of it- most probably because I didn't put in the time and memorization required. It's easier now- at least...I can decipher a little better

When trading your patterns, say...based off a daily patter like above, do you tend to go with trend? As in, would you trade a bullish reversal pattern in the face of a bearish monthly? I'd imagine quite a few of those have popped up on EU over the past 9 months and gotten busted?

Well, those are precise bounce patterns so I would take them. But yes, where does pattern occur? Does it make sense? And most importantly, what is the reaction there? Yes, we weight the trend and trade accordingly. EU big tip off was precise butterfly on the monthly. EU for a long time was not worthwhile to look counter. Also, failure tells as much as success. Failure of patterns portends trend continuation. Also, must weight type of pattern and tf.

butterfly being one of the most "powerful" I suppose?

Cool, if you posted it already I'll search through your images to find it.

Since you're in a giving mood- would you say to-the-pip happens often, or more general? Obviously through my (well gators) method, precision is of the utmost importance- but as the time frame goes up, it gets a bit tricky and there's more wiggle room

I ask because I often find myself coinciding my charts with yours or pedros, and it goes to how a think a trade should go. Obviously if we both get a to-the-pipper....it's most likely the real-deal.

I would say that zones are more appropriate and that we trade the relevant pa in the zone.

But that don't make me happy! You can often narrow it down and previous reaction will lend credence to the validity of a narrow zone. I have posted some of these here. Look for clues. Of course, depends upon the pattern and tf.

Here is an example. Maybe a little tough to decipher but you can see some are to the pip.

Good evening guys
Just want to say that much of bull USD starting of this week is assumption of or anticipation of Hawkish Feds minute.Well its typical of buy the rummer and sell the fact.
If tomorrow's meeting becomes another dud expect Bears to take over on USD.Its important to keep perspective of fundamentals.EU could turn around and make new highs 115+ (possible Greek bail out is near as well)
There are some reasons for this. US economy does not exactly perform well when USD is strongest and its counterparts are weak.We already lost over 50k jobs in Steel and oil industry due to strong dollar and replaced it with part time service jobs which pays nothing.
Ask yourself do Feds really want to ruin any real recovery chance? There is going to be some leveling off before IR hike.Goes without saying these are just my opinions.

We are stuck at 1% growth which is not really a growth.When economy is losing real paying jobs and replaces with service jobs then its obvious our earnings are not growing.
Q1 was a real dud and so far Q2 only real green number is housing sales.So Feds are going to lay low for now until Sept to see how new data emerge.
This is typical pomp and dump.
Republicans want IR hike because any Obama disaster is good for republicans but Wall Street loves cheap money which helps millions 401k's and corporate earnings thus fuel stock appreciations.
Its not a simple manner to raise IR too early and you can go back to rescission quick specially on soft Q1 Q2 data.
