meanwhile have a look at USDJPY, my target still remains 121. and USDJPY has been surprisingly the best gauge for USD strength these last 2 months..... which pretty much tells you dollar isnt really being sold off....

but rather Temoprary unwinding of German Bunds was the reason behind the demand for Euro..... Sell off any Euro denominated asset class you inevitably Demand Cash Euro..... biggest question is once those folks unwounded the Bunds, back to Euro. will they be stupid enough to keep Cash EUro and lose out of negative interests?? no.... they will look to other countries with higher yields to park their money.

USDJPY has been a pain in the ass for some times already, 200 pips range.

I have to admit dollar is strong against the yen, i had been expecting a drop but it never happened while euro rose.

So we could see your target and maybe 124 even in a near future

the likelyhood of USD strengh is higher than Yen Strength.....
so USDJPY is skewed to the upside.... my worry is that the 200 pip range on the USDJPY maybe a coil/setup for a big rise.... and yes 124 would be an interesting level but could be potentially higher if theres fundamentals behind dollar strength and yen weakening.... which i believe that USD has more room to rise against the YEN.....

Oops down goes EURUSD, and up goes USDJPY..... and my drawdown is around 4%... say what??
you heard me drawdown on my trades is down to 4% now, and yes im still aiming for 1.1005 TP for EURUSD short and 121 tp for USDJPY long. deal with it.

EUR/USD failed to break above the resistance at 1.1450, formed a doji candlestick on the daily filter chart right under the resistance level and moved to the downside again. I think it will continue descending at least until it reaches the support at 1.1270 or perhaps even 1.1200.
