I've tried to call KPMG office.
I was on hold for 20 minutes, international call.
So I hanged up without talking to anyone.
They are in rush.

All of you guys who received funds have also received an email confirming it? or is there someone who has received the money but has not received an email?
The latest email I received is the one that has been posted here a short wile back about (5 pages back), the one last Thursday saying that money has been sent and within 7 working days should be in our bank accounts.
Nothing after that, to be frank, I do not really expect anything from them anymore.

just called fscs now. For confirm if my bank details were correct. everything seem right. The operator told me "hey body is still early!!! come on we made payment on friday!" ahahahah lol yeah just need to wait.

Got my money today, I have a Barclays UK account GBP denominated.

Payment reached my bank account today.
It was paid via a CHAPS international payment.
CHAPS payments usually clear UK bank accounts sameday but because they paid it after 4.00pm GMT last friday it has reached my account today.
Not sure how european and international banks will process the payment but now you know how it will be paid you can ask your bank how long it will take to clear such payments.
Be patient... What they said was before 20th May, right?
We've already waited for so many days anyway.

I'm still waiting, too (Clydesdale, UK Bank). Probably tomorrow

I have calked fscs today..strangely they didnt get yet my claim from kpmg... i have had access to the claim portal in avril to comfirm my balanced. with the option fscs +bank transfer n .... i am a bit worry .... i ddnt havr any opened trade during the crisis

I think you had to redo it after a while, kpmg send out a request to update some other info, I remember I filled that form twice at least, maybe even 3 times. It was definitely more than once.

Many thanks my friend for your feedback!.. the problem is that I have never received any request from KPMG to update some other info... I have just sent an email to KPMG to find out what is going on.. I guess i need to be a bit more patient..
I finally received my money back, actually got it in my bank!!
