I dont really understand why everyone of you uses a TP. Why not just set a trailing stop to your TP price and trail by 1 pip? Even then you could be able to catch 10 pips or more in a lucky case of a spike for example. If not, you lose 1 pip max. TPs are limiting your earnings.

too tight of a trailing stop, it might not get filled. also they don't really allow a 1 pip trailing stop..... the best broker I have seen can give 5 pips, but even that is not a guaranteed fill on huge spikes caused by big news....

why do you think some people who were short EURCHF didn't get filled until around 1.00 when SNB depegged and EURCHF dropped to 0.8?

i can't reply in same good technical analysis as you, so sorry for this.

my entry/order management/exit is purely based on custom indicator. that's why i didn't post about tech or fundamental analysis here.

beside that, there are good analysts here like you, gator, tyrant, etc etc....

Any analysis why you say this? Because if it consolidated, it could as well be a time for a upwards correction by your theory.

Since 2007 sir, full time. And I trail with 0.3 pips via FIX API from a NY Equinix server connected directly to a Prime Broker. Latency is sub 0,5ms. But its possible with MT4 as well with a 0 stoplevel broker - which most are nowadays. I am quant, anything above 1 pip for trailing is to big for me

a more comprehensive analysis of eurusd:
according to elliot wave we are in wave 5 which is bearish!
but how to confirm it?
from indicators I only and only trust fibonacci
so here if it break 38.2 fibo support = eurusd go below 1.100
that means: the bearish wave 5 will be confirmed and completed
but if it return from fibo 38.2 then it will continue it's bullish trend
