I get what you mean, nfp can send it either way.

Not forgetting there is also an opening gap at 1260 - 1270, needs to see what it wants to do with it.

This crazy friday could stretch the euro widely by an actual daily negative diverence (e.g. CCI) (Short) - versus a monthly bar outbreak (Long) by running down the weekly SMA21 & to think a little bit outside the box to GBPUSD (actual 1.5461).

Afternoon,

Before NFP pair wants to test price at 1.1265/70 which is +20/5 above today's open.

Nothing backs it yet, no vola/volu.

Need to get something like 30min or 1hr-2hr close above 37 and then test it at 27/32.

Then pair should attack higher.

Holding UJ long triggered over night with target 1 120.4, no TP is set will scale TP higher if bulls get hard test of 120.4

No its primarily because people were selling the USD on bad streaks of Q1 data coming out for the last 2 months.

btw, yesterday a group of people who long eurusd.
I wonder if they still hold it?
still have the view might go up to 1.15?

just want to know others view of EURUSD.

For me it's still bearish. today's NFC will be a good data i think. not too sure.

Btw,

I guess pair went through just a rate fix at 9:54 BST (12 pips down)? Anyone knows?

I am not anymore on the map with these, not really need those either.

Because it did not look like a block trade, hedge, clearing etc...

I agree lower (for EURUSD) is still viable once US strength is back in the cards. What do you expect of the NFP today? The forecast is almost DOUBLE of the previous numbers! But then again I guess any number above the previous horrible numbers will spark optimism in US, will it be enough to rebound?

Nothing to do with EUR? but we could see couple of EUR/XXX pair is advancing. EURJPY up to 134.xx, EURGBP up to 0.74xx etc etc. Is this really due to weak USD? Beside, UCHF as the mirror of the reciprocal EURUSD is performing downtrend too and seems like its holding at major 61.8 at 0.9111. You do notice that last month EU candle is almost engulf March candle right? Even fundie is QE at EU and hike at US, is engulf monthly bar can easily broke?

Despite of everything happened in EURUSD in these 2 weeks, i believe an overshoot of NFP (240k+), will bring doom to EURUSD to 1.095 moreover if unemployment rate hold 5.5% or even below

In global markets the next tick could change your thoughts about what is to happen. As long as one makes the adjustments ASAP, their targets are nothing more then "targets". We should never forget the reason as to why we are here, which of course is to make money.
Leading by "Being an example" is hard to find then actual examples.
