In order to be regulated you need to meet their criteria and procedures, regarding ironfx as i have read from some articles this has been done due some bonus abusers and the issue is on the way to be resolved.

You need to read about them make a research and then test them with low amounts in order to have a complete image regarding them. My personal opinion is that forum dont really assist you for choosing a broker and my logic is simple, any of the big brokers have thousands of clients but on the forums you can see only a small number of them and usually are complaining, most of the times they are other not experienced traders or fake users or dont know what they are sign up for. Therefore my suggestion is test some of them and make your own mind.

In the past the withdrawal process didn't take more than 24 hours and max 48 hours, recently I've requested a refund to a credit card and it was processed within 48 hours, next a withdrawal of profits and it's still waiting for process for more than a week. Whenever I chat with their customer service they say all withdrawals are processed by a queue system and it takes 3 to 5 days, my request has already been under process for more than 6 working days and still nothing happened, I've emailed my account manager but he's not replying and whenever i ask for him over the chat he's always unavailable.

All brokers specially the big ones process withdrawals within 24-48 hours so it has nothing to do with the load of withdrawal requests. There is something fishy going on and everyone should stop dealing with IronFX.

2 possible explanations. One is the broker being intentionally differing the withdrawal payment to accrue the profit for itself; or it actually "takes time" to differentiate these so-called abusive traders. Just look at how long it took for Alpari UK administrator to move ahead even for the non-CHF exposed traders.

I inclined to believe it's a combination of both.

Then they shouldn't be in the business if they can't handle it, and they should publish it on their website and stop all accounts opening till further notice. There are so many actions to be taken in every case but looks like their management are blinded by greed and this won't take them anywhere good even if they pass this stage. We should expect a rebranding soon.

@DreamwalkerR, in an ideal world maybe yes. But in reality when no rules or regulations are forcing you to do so...? It's a business as usual no mater how unreasonable it is.

I suppose you are trying to say that ironfx has the way to convince Cysec right ? What about the rest regulators ? they are still 9 regulators and Ironfx has not got any fine yet. This shows at least to me that they arent so bad and as far for the video they seem to be a huge well structured company. Dont get my wrong i dont want make excuses for them but i think jumping to fast conclusions isnt right!

Most of Ironfx clients are under cysec. Cysec seems doing nothing. If you are register on www.ironfx.co.uk and send your deposit to UK then you are under FCA.UKYou have better chance to get your withdraw if you are under FCA.UK. it seems clients under Cysec has less hopeCysec should not be included in Europe if they are helping Ironfx with this financial fraudMany Europeans are victims, European financial regulator should be informed to protect European against this financial fraudBroker under Cysec should not be allowed to run business in Cross border Europe.
