I think not, such straddles strategies of stop hunting take place within the first 15 to 20 mins after the news release. This move looks like the news was strongly anticipated and hence the earlier dump, and now pump... just guessing.

Possibly, but they've stopped out the weak shorts and now most likely will get the longs in a little bit. I learned this direct from a big boy. Sometimes it takes them an hour or so

Problem with that is that the earlier 'dump' was replicated with EURGBP, but no USDJPY rise, suggesting euro weakness not dollar strength.

fell asleep for most of the ride down.... glad I did wanted to go long... would have gone in a lot earlier if I was awake... long at 1.1290...

personally would've waited to see if short term trend broke first, so far it's held.

the way it was behaving at 1.1356 was giving me a feeling that they want to clear the longs. Until we see 1.1328 cleared downside is still open.

I was a little bit afraid and cut the profits at 38.2 fib around 1.12880 but not bad im having really a good week.

I went log at 1.1273 hoping to get at least 1.1325

Careful with that long, I longed at 270 again but already out. They may push it a bit lower.
No thoughts for tomorrow, nobody's gonna tell you what's gonna happen during NFP.
I'll be trading the chart using levels I posted some time ago.
