EURUSD Short Trade Open:

This is PVSRA based, a Scout short. Like leentjai, I feel EU and GU might undergo a bit of bearish activity, if only to entice shorts into the market for the bulls to have liquidity. No TP, SL at this time.

I know its still premature to call this a true H&S, but PVSRA rocks!
MM's were loading up yesterday beneath the 1/2 # to get PA back above the whole # for more longs. Possibly to restart the move down tomorrow with the ADP jobs.

Exactly , absolutly agree with u TAH. maybe MMs would make some whip n whack on this level area - absorbing some liquidities to load up more longs. now the prices were between two important fields, two whole-number area.

PVSRA, What is It?

I have received another PM asking for some clarification of the process of the analysis called PVSRA. I am not sure what else I can say about it.

Some of us have been working with PVSRA for two years now. Like a diamond, we have discovered it has multiple facets. These can, individually or collectively, give us a read on what the MMs are doing. It can never tell us how the MMs will move price next, because nothing will do that. It can tell us what the MMs are doing, and therefore give us a prognosis for future direction. But here too, we cannot know the timing. So, we have to be careful to stay anchored in the stacking of Trend, Dragon, and Price concept. This concept is what reveals the chance for momentum to carry a trade. And that is the real key to successful trading. Otherwise, one can build and wait, build and wait, build and wait, and then find that the "market" has changed it's mind after all our waiting,....and we are up shit creek without a paddle!

So, how is a PVSRA done? What is involved? I will only highlight here just some of the important aspects, and leave the reader to do the necessary research via the Post #1 links:
1. Bulls like to build long below key SR and bears like to build short above.
2. In the bigger picture, how young or how mature is the current swing?
3. The market is all about liquidity. SM places orders and the MMs have to suck in DM to get the liquidity to fill them. Where is it likely that PA is indicating the last serious consolidation has been, and does it look like the consolidation was for building longs or shorts? And where is it likely SM is anticipating price to go after their orders will be filled (where is SM likely to place their closing orders)?

PVSRA is an art form. We develop the skill the same way a child develops the skill of doing jigsaw puzzles,....we work at it! Eventually we make better progress.

That is exactly the reason why I am careful with this EURUSD bullish action. Could be double games in play again.
Not sure about your drawing the neckline, think H&S formed already and the necline was broken today.. Let's see.

And I have to say GREAT trading to all of you posted today!

( You will make ma start thinking of some sort of Sonic R Family Trading, this would be a sucsesful busines.. I mean- If we are in commercial..)

Where is the consolidation taking place, above or below key SR. And drop down to M1-M5 and see if the notable volumes favor the lower or the upper parts of the various up and down swings which the MMs manipulate in order to generate liquidity.

Remember, this is an art form skill. Just like what the market does, what PVSRA evaluates is a composite of actions. And it is up to the skilled trader to decipher and weigh the clues. Sometimes the clues are conflicting. That is okay. Sometimes the market is confusing. When all else fails, and really.....above all else.....stay rooted in the proper stacking of the Trend, Dragon and price action. Just because one successfully selects a high or a low, and waits for results, the trader focused on momentum will likely still end up ahead, when the race is finally over and done,.....and with a lot less hair pulling. The best use of PVSRA is in support setups denoting possible good momentum, not as a separate entry method when a momentum setup is totally absent.

The act of MMs are very similar to a DOS attack. They tackle in groups, moving liquidity in their favor, manipulating the market in an unfair way. The market cannot liquidate them all at once, and therefore building position is their only way of making trades. They provide us with lightning fast market execution, and will profit when they move price back the other way around. But one thing is for sure, they are in the dominant trend, or they will lose big. But they will also get out when the dominant trend changes. That's why we have enormous moves when Weekly or Monthly SR are reached.

So what can this do for your trading? You can be aware of their manipulation. Why else does the SonicR Classic have such big stops? To prevent the hunt my friend. It's a risk trade-off we live with. But hey, we can also wait until after the hunt like the case with AU. Just wait, for the end moves when they reveal their true nature. When they create enough liquidity to dump the positions they've been building all this time. They play on trader's emotions and create nice chart patterns to take you out. Fibs, patterns, etc? Really, give me a break. If the market is random, I'd believe the natural occurence of fibs. But they are not. But hey, we can still use them to our advantage if that's where they'll drive price.

Anyways, enough of my ramblings. Just thought I'd share what was on my mind looking at UJ. Green pips to all!

EURUSD H&S: Are EU and GU Bullish or Bearish?


This H&S is not in play, and won't be unless the price drops back to the neckline. We have conflicting outlooks. We are seeing the possible break high of trend lines on EU and GU, and which might go bearish only temporarily to suck in DM shorts. Here, with this H&S creating a bias in us, we are thinking maybe the big move is to be a bear swing down. So, maybe the trend line break highs today by EU and GU are actually head fakes? It could be. Time will tell.

Meanwhile, maybe some of you would like to throw into this discussion your outlook, and why?

Couldn't you make it more complicated? It looks like Einstein would draw his complexed formulas on the table in front of confused students..

You were reading my mind. I saved your chart and draw on it, wanted to edit my previous post, but the security scan did't alow it. It was procesing too long and I quit. What have you been doing lately?

the thing is, they could be both. Remember the last time we had all the clues on USDJPY? Imagine more and more traders being good with PVSRA, wouldn't they be too obvious for us? EUR could still fall strong once again , it is not such science fiction. And wouldn't they make you think bullish in this case?
But finnaly, they wouldn't even risk a tower, wouldn't they? A short run up for profits and then change of direction again. Just like today with Dax. And they wrap it up in "the news excuse".

And I was talking about complicated to qFish!!! I can beat you in no time, what do you think, qFish?

MMs Particularly Go After Traders with Poor Penmanship....

It is hard to believe one with such poor penmanship skills is such a great coder and contributor here. But, hey, .....we run into all sorts. Right?

EURUSD

Here is one aspect of PVSRA......notable PA at whole level/RDH. Sort of looks bearish, right? The MMs are pushing up price with the notables favoring the high parts of the cycles (going up to highs and coming down from them). Something to keep in mind. Won't tell us when the top is in, though. Picking a top is always a chancy and unadvised trading method. We simply cannot ever know how the MMs will move price next. Why? The MMs have their plan, but they will take advantage of what they can steal off of the price queue whenever there is a good opportunity to do so by them manipulating price one way or the other, regardless of their overall design. Another consideration is that when we see what looks like "topping", we still do not know if there is going to be some prolonged period of closing longs and maybe followed by opening of shorts. We just cannot know.

What we can gather from such a clue as what we see here is that it appears the MMs are pushing up and then selling. It could be the closing of longs right now, which could mean a prolonged period to follow where they might try to hike price further to suck in DM longs so they can build short. Or, the price could suddenly and quickly go south if the MMs decide to just start selling without hiking. We just cannot know

What we can gather here is that the MMs appear to be bears.

What we might do with this information is to await a bearish momentum setup; proper stacking of Trend, Dragon, PA.
