Not fulfilled yet. Today's news release could take it up there. Shorting from that area will be ideal.

1 day later here we are. EA bear target reached, Brent broke highs, EU bear target done, only two remaining in play are UJ and UCAD still both bull targets valid to be reached nothing canceled yet.
