The sharp bullish correction in EUR/USD might have come to an end - the daily chart shows a bearish pin bar (a.k.a. rejection candle).
Not the strongest or the most beautiful pin bar - candle body isn't too small, but the minimum conditions are met.
Longs look risky at this point.

NFP on friday - whats your best guess? I think it will be a tight one. Could Initial Jobless Claims come in above expectations thursday it might look good.

From my forecast and analysis the bearish pin is taking eu back to 1.09xx (likely to occur from Monday). From there the bull continues into 1.15 and this will likely climax in 1.23xx to 1.26xx and then it takes a nosedive to around 1.02 and may extend into parity. Copy this and send me a cheque if you rack in millions. (However, trade with caution) No 100% certainty in FX.

From my perspective, a true pinbar has to be bigger than the previous candle. With that said, Monday, with banks pushing one or other side we will see. Friday was a kids game in terms of volatility, half europe was on bank holydays. My bet is that fridays highs are going to be broken or at least retested, too much money on this bullish trend for being over without resistance.
