well, imo, it's really depends on situation. for me, whether, it's a daily or weekly resistance, whether it's going to break or not it's depend on " PRESENT" moment. it's depend on the buyer and seller before FOMC event whether it's going up or down. in fact, everything being discount in price before any major news events

I am not sure it is Bullish or Bearish before FOMC but all trend lines are going up.

Possible Bfly buy + ABCD D1 at 116.68, we can get a larger and lower one but I think for now that is the level to look for.
As soon the blue circle gets taken out chances for completion of ABCD will increase.
BoJ is expected to inject 10 Trillion Yen to their QE program and still ahead of FED'meeting, so a combination of two highly volatile events, in any case PA near target is the most important.

So for FOMC, either pair caps it at 1.1160/70 and goes to take a breather down to 20/35

or

goes really close double test around 90/95 or 1.1210/20 and consolidate then shit out.
They think they are smarter than I am.
