15m GU....

This was initiated by a nice bullish piercing pattern, and then it was a matter of waiting to see if price would get beyond the main Pivot point. Waiting to see if it'll reach the mid-point. (Got fed up with waiting. Things to do!)

I am trading patterns, but I am not monitoring thread, i didn't expect that ppl will be so mean, I don't know why, but for the most traders, looks like patters it is really hard to trade

Nice trade EV, Im watching AU. If it stalls at r2, might be a bit risky with such a quick run up I imagine..

Would anyone contend that Pivot prices are much stronger then psych level?
Leading by "Being an example" is hard to find then actual examples.

Let's just say that price will sometimes ignore Pivot lines and/or ignore Psych lines. On the other hand, price will sometimes react to Pivot lines and/or react to Psych lines.
It's a lottery, mate. One just never knows! That's the way I look at it, but if there's anyone out there who's done a study in depth of pivots and psych lines, I'd be happy for any conclusions to be posted on here.

The green square highlights the period of consolidation along the mid-point pivot before price started moving north. Once price broke out of the square, it was time to enter. Entry and exit as shown. R1 was the target, but I was happy to get out just before.
