Very good post. To be a winner in this business or any business you need to be in charge and make the decisions. For sure listen to other opinions but at the end it's up to you. Also you got add in that trading your own system/strategy and winning gives a certain satisfaction.

But to be serious maybe good Sunday for gaps. So far USD looks like down before open, but U/J look strange

I think Turnip in control, , One thing i would do here - calculate pivots without Sunday candle . Join Sunday and Monday. They are too squeezed, thats where mistakes will happen. Especially on Monday.

Oh dear -seems like I am posting too many charts here
I thought it would be okay to post the trades I have taken and to comment on others that I missed (I can only trade one thing at a time plus any Claudia hourly pivot that crops up). In future I will reduce the number of charts and comment that I post.

No worries, turnip. No one here seems to get upset easily, & they're not critical. Truly a rarity at FF.

That's what I love about this thread. Easy going. And light-hearted. With humor.

IMHO best thread on FF by far.

That was a lot of charts, but so what? Nobody here really cares, I don't think.

Like Einstein said, "If you haven't ever made a mistake, you haven't ever tried anything new."

Unlike a lot of other threads that are looking for the Holy Grail, this isn't exactly your general forex teaching thread.

It is a rare thread of successful traders who are generous enough to share & answer questions about their trading methods, but that's not really the point of the thread.

Billy, Claudia, Bunny, etc. like to share their own perspectives with other, basically, professional traders, in a light-hearted way, which obviously can be a lot of fun. Also, fun to read for me, the master lurker.

I'll take a shot at looking at your charts, just for fun, though my perspective will be biased toward my own method just like everyone else's here.
