Okay, I tried a tiny long about 15 minutes ago, with the intent of waiting a bit to see if it wanted to go that way for awhile. But after only about 5 minutes I just couldn't handle it any more, and got out with a 2-pip gain. Right now, being long just feels like standing on thin ice, just WAITING for something bad to happen. So nope... no more even thinking about longs for the time being. Yeah, this is me >>>

Just like it was small traders manipulating EU higher every time it dropped in the 1.37-1.4 range when anyone with a brain knew ECB was going to print tons of euros and inflate the currency...mmhmmmm

Question about the GBP numbers coming out in half an hour: Any thoughts on how much of an impact strong numbers could have on EUR/USD? I mean a lot of the time EUR/USD and GBP/USD move in synch, but I can't figure out which one is pulling the other. I guess what I'm asking is, whether good news for GBP can (temporarily) override what's happening with EUR/USD... is the link between the two pairs strong enough to cause EUR/USD to rise (for a short while) despite it wanting to go down for other reasons?
