I had the same problem as you in regard to getting a full view of the slot window, with my laptop and my wide screen display. What I did was to change the screen resolution: Go to control panel>display and try different resolutions. RS

Hi Seller,
With my laptop, I can't install MT4 into C:\ drive (Win7). With desktop, it was posible.
Does it matter if it is under program files for slots to work?

PS: Needless to say, Slots is working on my desktop, awaiting the market open.

I am having same problem as ellenbrook as shown in the image
My laptop resolution set to the highest(recommended resolution) 1280 x 800

Do you have higher figure than 800? Try with higher number than 800 and see.

I have this message in the Expert tab. Slots EA wouldn't load onto my laptop (Win7) after a blink of smilie. MT4 is now installed under C:\Slots\. Pls help.

If anyone gets the array out of range or divide by zero error it is always because the EA needs all 28 pairs shown in the videos and also needs up to date data and enough data for all 28 pairs in the history from your Broker, try a different Broker and make sure your history for all 28 pairs is complete.

It should work OK under program files, although once in a while you can get security problems, but give it a try.

960 is the lowest you would probably want to go for the vertical resolution.

900 can make it in a pinch but does cut some off the bottom.

Are you sure? It may not be the highest resolution but the vertical distance is what matters, IMO. Go down the resolution scale and you may find the vertical res. above 960 as Seller mentions. RS

As reported earlier, Slots is running on my desktop (pink color clock running), although the MT4 (FxOpen demo) is the one installed under Program files.

But I have failed to get Slots running on Oanda MT4 under c:\Oanda\ directory, also reported. And strangely, the spread and other info in the Slots window is identical to that for FxOpen but the pink clock is dead.

Resolution of 1400 x 900 should be ok!

Although all necessary data was loaded with the script, there's still an error while another db is working well. Any hints?

Godwin will be pleased. The more I think I tend to believe it has also to do with the shape (width x height) of display as well. My dell display is a wide type and would not show all the Slots window, while my old display is a conventional square shape and is OK. As I think the button positions are fixed by design (the x/y), each user has to find some ways to get it showing, unless Seller re-designs it to cope with the recent wide screen displays.

As for the platform/broker, I am successful straight away wit FxOpen UK's MT4, but not so yet with Oanda MT4.

You have some problems still. What is your broker, if I may ask. RS
