That may very well be true sir. It doesn't change the fact that those who shorted at those levels are currently sitting with a red position. Although you may be correct as far as the price dropping, the reality is it can very well increase in price, and the shorters should be hedging there positions in order to prevent higher then normal drawdown.
Everything in life has a "counter". Especially in forex.

Been holding my EUR/USD sell since 10AM waiting for that. Closed it out for a decent profit, albeit only a .05 lot, if it manages to cross and hold over my next resistance point, I'll open another swing.

Thank you for responding Chicky. I have been looking forward to your answer for sometime, and I am happy you have not ignored me. On the other hand it is a conundrum as far as trading higher tf, especially when short term sentiment can rock the market 500 pips as fxtryant mentioned that FOMC and NFP has done to EU. I on the other hand will continue to follow along, and hopefully will be able to share something which will help.

buy the dip. maybe not EURUSD , but NZDUSD looks quite nice albeit RBA rate decision tonight..
stick with the USD correction story.
