Disliked{quote} Billy, can you point to that thread please? Cannot find that info, thanks. P.S Speaking about MGT Trend Indy. While trend for GBPUSD was showing down 56% , pair jump up almost 100 pips Not sure if that indy is reliable, IMHO.Ignored
Disliked{quote} Interesting, BillYon! So you are trading the boxes in the direction of the trend given by MGT?Ignored

Disliked{quote} Interesting ideas BillYon. I was playing with rossbot the other day, but wasnt able to make her sing...well. I was wondering if the grid could be somehow combined with renko. Sounds interesting and i wonder if it may smooth the ride. The problem that you have described above, accounts blown before the trend shift kicks in...its a problem. The ea has two multipliers. One if for normal trading, other when it finds itself in a hole and has to dig out. Now, it wont switch to the other multi before the trend changes according to the...Ignored
Disliked{quote} Yeah, that is a problem. I see what you mean. Yes I experienced the 2 in a week 50% loss and dig out when testing max DD. Not healthy on the body at all...LOLIgnored
DislikedHere a turnaround and Matrix operations hill and opened breakeven operation in the correct trend {image}Ignored
Disliked{quote} Interesting. So, you are suggesting that if you have trades open when a trend shifts, restart the EA and it will restart its BE in the correct trend. Calls for some testing. Also, you must be running a hedge enabled account for that to work. Nice. Best, JoshIgnored
Disliked{quote} hello I mean: 1 Matrix Sometimes, when there is a change in trend according indicator Matrix switching operation effected according to the new trend (but does not always, as you can see in this picture. 2 And when it does, so all that remains to us, close all open trades. And reload Matrix in TF M1. I remember I had videos in this post in relation to changes in trend http://www.forexfactory.com/showthre...02#post7984202 regards {image}Ignored
Disliked{quote} I do not understand is because ........? sometimes if you do and sometimes notIgnored
DislikedIt was also talk of being able to create coverage using magic number two in the same tf matrix m1. Why not use two accounts ..... An account lest say main and a second account for the moments where the trend turns ????? regardsIgnored
Disliked{quote} Closing all trades at trend change will eventually kill the account. The trend change indication is not designed to the change the directions of new orders. You will effectively remain in the old trend's direction until those positions are closed out by the dynamic target price. By using the multi lot at trend change option you can quicken this process by causing the target to come close to price by the martingale function of such. The video shows this in action. The real problem as stated is that if you are already in deep DD you surely...Ignored
Disliked{quote} True BillYon. Account capitalization is crucial. But the question that is somewhat difficult to answer, is how much , assuming we use a multiplier... I think we can agree that for running default ea settings with .01 lot, 500$ is the bare minimum. 1k to be "safe". As proposed, we should run 3 setups(or however many) for testing side by side for a while. Then watch the show once it hits a bump in the road. Then compare survivability vs profitability vs other factors. Again, if this was back testable, it would be much easier to do...but the...Ignored
