I'am shorting this things all the way down to 118.29,what do you think dano12?

Does anyone know what info sparked the climb? the industrial production numbers were weak,but nothing happened during the Asian session until about an hour before the the London session. it was slow until then. what did i miss? other than pips, bummer for me

An article from the Nikkei Asian Review that came out at 1 JST (12 AM EST) which discusses the BoJ Financial Market's Division is investigating how their QE is effecting the JGB Bond Market.

They found they are causing some negative effects, but quoted from the article:

"A BOJ executive said the bank puts the highest priority on achieving its 2% inflation goal. Concern over lower functionality and liquidity on the market will not change the bank's mind, he added.".

Possibly could have something to do with that?

Price can't stay above 120
It's also end of 1st quarter of the year

Looks like a nice bounce off 100D ma, and follow through from Thursday's hammer. Now a break above 61.8% fib. Long @ 120.03, tp1 120.55, tp2 121.1

The Usd/Jpy hit fresh high of 120.23 after both US data personal spending and expenditure ticked up, Broke above 120 level shows could push the pair higher to 120.40 level.

Good analysis, the downside now find support at 119.80 level (200HMA).

close this pending order at 20:00 (GMT +2 )

if this pending order opens then set buy stop at 120,372 TP : 120,664 SL : 119,947 ( only if sell stop active first )

Impulsive breach of support level, but test was an impulsive one too, though it completed pattern with fresh low ground. [Completed bears' pattern]

Same picture on 5m. Slower correction relative to breach, but no test of impulsive level, instead price went way higher. [Strength]

Usd/Jpy could not sustain gains beyond the 120.10, however this pair found some short term buying interest in 119.80.

Seems that the USDJPY up-move could be stalled near 120.35 descending trend-line resistance.
