I have a question to the more experienced traders than myself, I hope I can get the answer here ( I already asked my broker and I'm looking for confirmation ).

1. I BUY EURUSD 1 lot price 1.05000 ... free margin after transaction $900 ( just an example ). The price moves against me and I hedge the position.
2. I SELL EURUSD 1 lot Price 1.04000 ... free margin after transaction $700 ( for this example ).

Can I hold both positions as long as I want ( even -200 / +200 pips ) and the free margin will not change significantly ( $700 ) when I don't buy or sell other positions ?

My broker says yes, I can. Trading FX, I don't need to pay other expenses than spread, no additional cost for accumulated lots etc. Of course spread can vary. No hidden agenda ?

you can have both positions opens as long as you want but the charge will be only the SWAP

Great, thank you. I know, I should not do but sometimes I really, really don't want to have or I want to move a stop loss. For this it seems to be a practicable solution at the expense of 1.5 - 2.0 pips in case of EURUSD.

maybe it will go down towards .086 by the end of the day? Hope it does, EU been bullish for quite awhile.

NZD/USD continues to trade with a downside bias weighed on by earlier NZ Trade balance which missed on analyst expectations; the pair has now broken below its 100 DMA at 0.7631

EURUSD up-move seems restricted by the descending trend-channel resistance and the overbought RSI, together with recent USD strength, the pair could drift lower towards testing 1.0750 support.

You never know let's see what the price is doing below 1.09 yesterday it did shoot down after the 1.10 touch and currently it goes up

kiwi tapped support 7606 which is just above this weeks open other than that nothing really happening just yet, need something to move markets
