Hi,

Please excuse my ignorance but several people have mentioned the term daily, monthly etc "roll" or "rollover"

Could someone please enlighten me as to what the term refers to?

I have attempted to search for the phrase but keep getting results related to swap charges.

Irrespective that one is a newbie, you can open a live trading account, only if you are above a certain age. Once you have attained that age you are responsible for yourself. Specifically if you venture into trading, you are supposed to be knowledgeable enough to know that trading is a risky business and you are responsible for your own actions.

You are supposed to carry on your due diligence before entering this risky environment. In spite of clear representations, if you still choose to follow a trader blindly, and as a consequence loose out, you can only blame yourself.

Sorry...but I'm a little too outspoken sometimes. When I see how you conduct yourself and speak to people new to the game...it REALLY gets under my skin. If I were here more often, I would probably be back in a Useless thread, and wouldn't really see it. But when its here...sometimes I just can't hold my tongue.

Out of curiosity...ever thought of creating a Mr. T M-Series thread?

Tyrant from even a few months ago would have been retaliating much harder at what is being said to him.
Props to him for exercising restraint against some of the harsh words.

A while back he posted a 7 point list of how he trades and I thought it was very good. Maybe the veteran pros in here didn't think much of it, but I felt that it was very helpful.

Just like when EU was moving up he went silent, and once it started to drop all of a sudden his hourly post increased 15 fold. Then again, he is trading in a demo account, so I don't see why people are even considering taking his recommendations. I mean a demo account is like going into a bank with a watergun..... You're wasting your time! EU today has traded within 1 pivot level today, so all in all the scalpers are the big winners today. The swingers will just have to wait for another PR to hopefully cause a spike down.
