bounce was to 0919, i figured 0929... oh well.. 0750 has an attraction, is my guess... after that its more neutral st... but still in a bear trend after pullback with momentum

was waiting for a spike but the spike was a lil over-exagerated so im gona miss this shorting opportunity, id rather wait for the 2nd test on it.....
atleast now i know where all the stops were....
begin to plan my next trade...

likely not gona be short EURUSD until maybe next week when shit settles down...

Fx forecast 19 March 2015

Last nights fomc showed that they were worried about the strength of the USD and the growth forecasts for the U.S. Economy were revised sharply lower. This in the short term does not bode well for the USD and the market reaction reflected this. Euro shorts got squeezed and USDJPY got sold off. However, the repositioning and dollar selling should prove short lived. However, a lot of downside has already been priced into the EUR and I think the short side should be contained for now. Albeit we should not see the kind of downtrend strength we have seen this quarter. There are better places to play monetary policy divergence and the current economic conditions.

Since the rate hike expectations have been pushed back considerably, long U.S. stocks should prove a good trade until September. There is a chance that the data is continually and considerably weak such that the FOMC may choose to stand pat on a rate hike this year. Possibly even announce QE4! I would not rule this out although currently it seems unlikely with the Fed still playing the rate hike card. I think a June lift off is highly unlikely given the contraction in U.S. Data as of late (some points are worse than what they were during Lehman).

Note something interesting: September is a likely place for a lift off (if any), we are also in the final stages of a massive stock bull market which has spanned 5 years since the latest global financial crisis. This could be the timing for capitulation in stocks.

Still like EUR short but think there are better places to play dollar strength now. The trade is still extremely overcrowded just look at the COT data and even our own forexfactory trade summary.
Continue to see USDJPY much higher at 128 by year end at least until September 2015
Buy US stocks via SNP index at spot 2100 target the sky until September 2015
