Could somebody edit this EA so that it can have 1.5 pips as an option for a breakeven instead of only 1 or 2 or any solid pip number? Or can a dot not be used for this parameter?

As far as I can tell this should do it. Literally change int to double. let me Know if it works.

Ben problem I am already running another EA that has an automatic tp and sl..I think they interfere with each other. The tp and sl are set by the first EA I already use and the one you edit doesn't change the SL. Could you add an SL and TP function to this one instead? so then maybe the SL will adjust ?
