I added on the arrows myself to show where they would be at.
An up arrow whenever there is a green red green brick formation and a down arrow whenever there is a red green red brick formation. I need this please.

I tried your indicator, and then I created a slight mod with 4-candle pattern up-up-down-up, which seemed to filter out the double tops.

It doesn't seem to update in real time :/. I have to remove and reapply the indicator for them to show

Try it in the strategy tester to check if it updates.
