Can't believe we had a 150 pip up move off what was expected (remove patient but be a bit more dovish Fed)

place a stop order on both sides of the price before the spike, with each order having a trailing. most likely both orders will be triggered and your trailing will protect you. one order will be stopped out but the other one will keep going
