I think it will keep on going bearish for AUDUSD daily, anyone has any ideas or suggestions? p.s. actually i'm having a sell position since last Thursday, and I don't want it to go bullish...{image}
I am not an expert, learning as you do but I think momentum is bearish and is going in direction of monthly support. Having say that with TMS I tend to have more simple approach and feel rather than go with analysis paralysis scenario

To anyone lurking the thread (like I used to) I would advise you to try this way of trading if you are still failing. I am generlly a 50% win rate type of trader with a about 1:1.5 RR. Nothing special. But the fact was I always had too many things in my way when making a trading decision. I would have good months then a string of bad months. The past 2 months I just havint been on my game and I decided to relook at how I was trading. I retook interest in this thread and decided to demo TMS just to see what it woul do. Well so far I like the results...

You do really good if you demo a system for a while before you go live with it.
I trade 2 totally different systems in one account live , one of them is TMS and I like it much -.
I never mix the systems and I never do one pair with a different system for the same time.
I added the TMS after 3 months or so in demoing and I can say it works nicely .
The best " confirmation " is always a forwardtesting for a time .
I really apreciate your kind how to trade successful

To be honest , I dont care which it is ,
I only care about the TMS in this thread .
Successful trading means systematic cutting your piece of the cake out of the market.
And mixing systems can only be successful , if you create/ develop a new system with the given tools ( stable working systems or indicators )
and stick to the " new systems" rules and don t mix them .
Stable systematic trading = stable systematic results .
Jumping around is what the marketmakers like, it pays their bills.
I decided quickly when I started trading currencies ,
I don t want to be the stupid idiot who pays the bills for other traders
which stick to their rules .
TMS is one of the most simple systems I have ever seen , and it makes green pips.
No reason to jump around

I've just started trading myself after several weeks of testing different strategies on demoes etc. and I've come across this system a few days ago.
As I'm sure you can imagine, it's not easy to read through 2750 pages
A few questions I've got and I apologise if they've already been asked, and answered elsewhere, I've not managed to stumble across the answers.
1) the EMA/SMA line everyone has on their charts, can you confirm the settings for this and which it is? I've seen people say they're using EMA and others using SMA?
2) when told to enter on the 1st or 2nd candle, is that at the opening of the candle or at the closing? I'm very cautious about entering at the opening/midway through a candle as there is always the potential for it to reverse and go against you (especially on a higher timeframe).
Again, I do apologise if I've asked questions that have already been answered.

It will take a lot of time to read 2750pages and 54k of posts. To start with, do it the simple way.
As a beginner, you can read post#52,707 and the pdf attached.
1) the 5-Method uses a 5-period Exponential MA, shifted +3 , set to Typical Price. Read Post#996
2) You should not enter any trade on APB candle#1 and candle#2 until you have mastered how to trade the 5-Method with Price Action at Support and Resistance.
Take your time to read, learn and practise. You will learn quicker when you have your TMS chart setup and follow the market in realtime observing the price movements and see how the TDI and the APB/HA reacts to every price bar.

A very slow GJ trade today with no news to move the market. I set a 40 pip SL below the low of the Frankfurt candle, which is a very small SL for this pair but I did not want to risk any more pips. Fortunately, it did not get hit. Entered one candle late per TMS rules but shortly after LO following a break above the Frankfurt candle and my Asian channel. This was a risky trade because I did not follow all my rules. I won't enter again like that and I knew better when I did it. This time it worked out but the percentages of it working again are not good. Sometimes it's better to be lucky than good. Back to DISCIPLINE, DISCIPLINE, DISCIPLINE!!!

GBPJPY H1 trade taken during today Tokyo session.
It was a set and forget trade managed using CaveManager with TP by Batch set to 40pips exit at 50%. Remaining position trailing 5pips behind the previous price bar.
