Yes, I looked at your trades, they seem very profitable and with the trend, I think his question was how do u place your SLs, i.e. any strategy for that (ATR based, or pivot based, around DP or WP or MP etc.) that was what he was interested in, IMHO.

Shouldnt EURUSD be at 1.046xx range base on Dollar index now?

the dollar gap up but EURUSD doesnt seem to come down.

When USD index is at 100.350, EURUSD was at 1.04600

Any kind soul to advise me on this strange occurrences?

If you think "strange" then you could be right. So 2 possible scene: (a) Market not trust dollar index to stay at 100 figure for long, (b) EUR is overvalue.
What do you feel? Is dollar idx is fake move? My sentiment, the dollar is for real, so i am shorting EURUSD. As for you, nobody can take any decision for you. Go with your own thinking. ^_^ stay aside is a decision too. Not bad either, because opportunities are plenty, but money on your account is scarce.

Im shorting EURUSD for sure, as I do not see a potential it will move upwards.

The world is eyeing on USD to rise.

Lets hope this trend is the trend for me to start my Forex empire in Forex trading Im chasing it down to 0.98000

I think a deep retrace of 15 min chart (below 1.5155) and shoot up is most likely.

the other scenario is a pressure breakout upwards.

the least likely scenario is breakdown.

I do not really look at any pattern in EURUSD chart anymore.

Euro seem to be in total control of USD at the moment.

Im charting USD index to trade EURUSD now, and it seem Downward is the only way to go for euro.

I could be wrong, but that is my thinking and my planning for the pair now. lets see what the market want.

Just as we are typing here, now the USD index and EURUSD prices seem to be getting closer and closer before the gap up.

Guess a correction in price is in place.

if USD index were to head up north strong now, EURUSD should be heading down to the 1.046xx zone.

Just my 2 cents.

Sooner or later the intraday explosion toward 1.07 may become a reality.. hoping for one more down move before that, never know though... one more sell off below 1.05 on EU, then maybe up to 1.065ish? All I know I gotta be patient and use good MM, so if/when a spike does come got plenty of dry powder ready to take advantage of a good opportunity to sell higher.

They are more dependent on EU than EU on Greek. If it should happen I think Cyprus will go to. The greekexit is noise ad also the rate hike in US

I have been following the market in Cyprus very closely for many years and for the first time things are starting to change

It is not that important anymore for EU what Greek do and This is the reason why I think the Greek never will dare to leave the eurosone with all the coneqenses for Greek

Thanks for the heads up. But the charts are biding their time. Fundamentals only really matter when the technicals align.

That said, there's some divergence on EUR/USD 1H chart, and the intraday technicals have turned up, so may be a matter of time before we see a larger push up.
