My apologies, I appreciate the response but I don't understand your message at all. Something about how yesterday's highs and lows are important and un-bias. Can you please explain more clearly? Thanks.

Asia was selling right after NY close (Daily Open) at 1.0635x to 1.05645 until Franky probably safe to assume profit takings and some bids around that lows and London took it up back to Daily Open. Then sell it back down to touch 1.05645 then bounce a bit to 1.06x due to less than expected US data. From here the intention was pretty clear that NY will take it down to at least the last lows.

Sumimasen, Two more things:

  1. What made it clear that NY would take the market down to previous lows, PA? Second,
  2. How were traders calling 1.05 to be retested before Franky? I mean, there is a strong belief EUR/USD is going at least another 500pips past that to parity, but to feel it 1.05 would happen again now is what I don't understand.

Some economists predict oil will reach its lower lvl at $20 . When we talk about foundamental analysis of Oil we have to consider OPEC production and overall world economy. if there are more countries with a rising GDP oil tends to correlate with that increase. So we consider the production lvls ( already is in oversupply) and subtitutes that hit hard oil as Shale Gas.

its benchmarks for a given period of time... u will never go higher or lower w/o breaking a benchmark. as long as we stay below or above a bench mark of the tf u use. then the trade is to trade with that benchmark to your back. in simple terms, u cant make a hh w/o a hh. we are not making HH, and we are making LL... no need to think about longs till a benchmark high is broken in your chosen tf. then the benchmark low holds to make a second hh.

1. Because it didn't make a HH on the hourly
2. Don't know about how others made that call but it's marked on my chart

With FED rate hike is looming and ECB QE not hard to perceive parity is near.
