usually i dont do anything until it hits my take profit. but seeing as im now in profit please keep an eye out because i may move my SL to Break even plus maybe 20-30 pip profit. keep an eye out of my explorer.

On Yesterday session the EURUSD rallied on the back of unexpectedly weak U.S retail sales data. The pair is taking a pause to breathe, on an aggressive pullback we could go to 1.0835 and a break below the 1.05 handle we should continue to the next level of 1.04.

I read almost all his posts..
But I dont care about his attitude..we are all here just for one reason to learn about eachothers perspectives and share ideas ..
Everyone has a different style.. and thats his.. at the end of the day he is good at what he is doing and thats the important thing for me..
We are no friends here just strangers..
And when I asked him about my position from pm he just replied ..thats it..
Believe me you mostly dont care much about the others..or who cares ççbut he did.. thats it.

even your most trusted colleagues at work in the financial world have 2 different faces, kind on the outside, but a backstabber in the inside. they want you out of your bonus so they get a bigger cut...
Bonus is split say between 2 colleague at 50/50 but obviously greed drives us to want to get more of the bonus so we want it all 100/0 or 0/100 get it?

Its not only wall street same at everywhere if you arewhite collar..
I worked 9 years at the same bank and another 5 years at another one.. They kicked my about 1.5 years ago just for no reason ..and I am a good person..who cares..ask me who ever called me since I am kicked ..noone..

thx god i fought like a bitch for my bonus recently.... another dude in my paygrade got much less that what i got.... only because he was a silent dude in the office... poor guy...
hard worker constantly being exploited because the others found out how helpful he can be at times....

while i was too busy busting my balls bringing in business opportunity so i had the bargaining power to ask for more bonus, or i would quit. obviously they didnt risk losing me.... but gosh its a hard business.... i negotiated with my head for over a month just on the matter of my bonus.
to support my case i had a headhunter friend of mine finding me other companies who would hire me in an instant, gave me offers just in case i'd jump ship, and that gave me the power to negotiate, see how desperate my bank is willing to pay me to retain me...
10 months... not bad right given this regulatory environment we're in...
