No 1.2 is way too much. 1.1 would already be hurdle for SNB to maintain. I think they are shoting for 1.1.

CHF should be taken off anyone's trading list. Even some brokers went bust with it. FXCM was at the borderline of going bust.

Good hope you took advantage of it.
I think cable is targeting 1.4579, I was going to update on last week's trade but no decent pullback to 1.5280 as I wanted.

GJ has potential to drop to 178/176. If cable drops to 1.4580 that would need UJ stay around UJ = GJ/GU = 176 / 1.458 = 120.7

It is no fundamental reason for the euro to go lower . We see very day signs that the eurosone is improving. In south of Europe there are visible signs that the housing market is improving. The buyers are back the money flow is coming to Europe.

In addition to that Europe is one year behind the US and were abouth to improve any way. The decline of the euro has made Europe much more competative.
The technical and the fudamental have gone in opposite direction. With the QE lasting to june 2016 it looks as if the euro is heading to 0,85. I find it strange that it will last that long as the US will also loose with too strong USD.

I think it can start to return soon
