GBPAUD H4 just closed with a BEEB Bearish Engulfing Bar ...the TDI angle is good but no cross seen yet. so according to TMS H4 trading rules, we are in the APB#1 candle, anyone disagree with this?

Hi emmanuel7788,
Do you counter trend GbpAud H4? I see that on H4, TDI - green line have already crossed red and yellow lines. H4 also close beside upper band.
So I think that GA will be up.

Hi Dinhienhy,

what is the market type for GBPAUD?
I see on the Weekly, it is trading in a wide range and we can trade both way in lower TF H4 and H1.
But this week, the weekly bias is sell but the risk is we face the weekly range low which is support. Last Friday' NFP drove price down to 1.9300, I suspect something.
Trading H4 buy is possible, but that is against the Weekly. using the PAC setup, you can attempt with a smaller initial SL. But if you use the last swing low as the initial SL, and use position sizing, it is still possible.
Now we see price bounce off today open on H1.

you already missed the PA setup and you are trading inside the range of the NFP candle.

{quote} I have never used the PAC in my trading before but because of the positive things some of the thread members have stated, I placed it on my charts to determine how it might fit into my trading plan. So far, I am finding most of my entries are more aggressive than the PAC entries might be but there are some questionable trades that I might not take, that might save me from a loss or a BE trade. I will continue to test it for a while. RE the Thursday trade: I seldom take a trade during the Frankfurt session because many times price will reverse...

In my set up, it looks that you H1 entry is not valid, rather M15 TF is valid one...

Joynal2u,

I know how TSS trade and would like to take an opportunity to explain a little however TSS can explain better than me. If you are new to TMS thread I would suggest take conservative entries only that are in favour of the overall trend.

Conservative entries means
1. Always enter on the candle close
2. Wait for the candle to close outside PAC
3. TDI signals Buy (Green above Red both above MBL and all three above 50 line), Sell (Green below Red both below MBL and all three below 50 line)
4. Trade with the higher TF trend
5. Stick to your entries and exits on one timeframe only, this will make your trading easy and you'll quickly learn how TDI and PA compliment each other on that TF

The H1 chart with annotations , TSS trade entry marked with Green vertical line

Do you want to trade M30 for same trade, See chart below

Where would you base your conservative entry and exit on M30 chart ?

Or M15

Actually I took it based on LO first hour hits double tops and pulled back, I was looking for a sell order and then price broke below LO candle H1 ,as well as if you draw a trend-line from below London pullback candle there's was a trend line and when price broke below that as well I took the trade

I still trade mostly price actions, I looked at H1 TDI and red tsl line was above green which confirmed to me a bearish trade
