nicely said, I'm trading mid/long term too, but too bad I dont have enough patience yet, and I dont know where to set my target, hence often took profit prematurely.

if im not wrong there are no obvious support at atm , close at 60 . wait for 50 pips retrace then re-enter.. todays low will be 1.0820 , close 1.0842-1.8450

A quick question for all of you (professionals) who might care to answer.
What do you think about the divergence in play on the daily and H4 charts between 26 Jan and today. Do you think it will come into fruition anytime soon or at a certain price? or is it only a fake signal?

Set your charts with daily S/R zones, over the past 6 month.. Set first TP point at this area move to BE on 2nd part of the trade aiming for next s/R zone. Exit here or trail stop behind 1 daily candle.. in free trade... I always find if your trade plan has the rules applied to your actual live trades, consistency comes part of your normal business.. IT takes no skill to place a winning trade...

Look on the past and you will see how long a divergence can be before will came to life like a pattern. On daily chart can take weeks.

technically yes, but any breaking news will change it. and your divergence is on 26 jan , so i do not know how long will it take to effect

I never trade divergences now, ive been burned too many times trying to trade divergences

Thanks I'll try that. Problem is I dont have enough patience, when PA looks stretched I'll be tempted to take profit and reload at better price, but very often the train just move on without me onboard

Thanks to you and all who replied. May I ask what your current strategy is? I'm trying to focus on price action (s/r, fibs, and trend lines as secondary influence). Trying to have no indicator at all on my charts. But because I'm a newbie, I'm scared to take MACD off my charts in case there's a divergence that might cost me money.
Is it your method of trading. If not, do you mind give a clue so I can do my homework?
