FFCAL: Issue Solved

Case solved, didn't know i had to update the FFCAL file to version 2 i just downloaded the .zip file from post #1, perhaps if u can update that .zip file and template files to avoid newcomers some trouble would be nice...

Another thing I did was to delete the folder MetaQuotes, after uninstalling and before reinstalling :

C:\User\(username)\Appdata\Roaming\MetaQuotes

Note: The Appdata folder was hidden so you might have to click on the option to see hidden files.

Yes, it is a Classic setup, but pre-LS and not recommended, especially when there are high impact releases coming in the LS. What can happen, as is happening now with your trade, there is no real move.....just ranging.....maybe until the LS gets underway. And, when it gets underway, there is no telling if there will be a move then. If there is it might be a Classic setup in the opposite direction. We just cannot know. So, why be in a rush to be in a trade when major events are still to come and can mess with your trade?

I agree with your choice of trade direction. When will the MMs start a bear run for profits? That is the question. It might be later today, or Thursday, or even Friday. Meanwhile, they might move the price higher again to create liquidity for more shorting. They have done this a lot of late, and there is no reason they shouldn't do more of it until they are ready to execute their bear run.

NZDUSD Short Trade Closed:

Closed for gain of 66 pips average, 659.9 pips total gain.

This got away from me, but I retained by bearish outlook and rode it. Yes, bad habit still not replaced with good habit. Trading light is only salvation. Closed here due to other positions opened and reduced time at computer to manage.

USDCAD Alert

Within the hour comes a CAD high impact release. So far the MMs have retraced the price, which is now hovering above the 50% retrace level. If they were bulls, my guess is they would not have retraced the price at all! The Robber Banks MMs could be planning a breakout drop today. That move up might have been the MMs manipulating the price back up to fill new orders of big players to short above the half number. Time will tell.

I am NOT a fan of the CHF pairs. Pair pushed through the whole number and quarter number. Opportunity for a quick scalp short as volume was up on entry bar.

Here is an example of me not being patient: Looking for double bottom just above the whole number. First entry way early, second and third good but frustrated with first entry so out.
