Probably daily pivot should offer resistance ( 5450 ). Max 5465.

yen might just be on the move, delayed reaction to shitty data maybe 4hrs delayed

Matter of time before US mkt/Nikkei correct a bit, and I assure you USD JPY will do the same if that happens. Fact that it's still below 120 is bearish indicator to me. I am most likely going short soon.

I think bulls will want to save the monthly candle a bit...being it a friday and end of the month...a spike up wouldn't surprise me.

Not ruling out anything but would like a re test of the trap at 11300/11312 then symmetry move to the support at 1.1115 area then up from there... However not ruling out complete fall today too 1.1115 then up from there although a re test of 1.13/1.1312 then and 180 pip plus move too the logical support at 1.115 would make more sense.. would also start creating the inverse H & S pattern...

Would also mean EUR AUD would likely benefit in the short term as AUD USD is looking for a triple bottom at 7676 area of course my opinion

I can't wait for this week to be over...I want 20-40 pip asian sessions again. I think I made 50 pips this week during asian sessions...and I feel really mentally exhausted.

have you considered trading the yen or aussie during the asian sessions?

I can't trade anything I don't fully understand...and EU already takes 90% of my time...10% is for GU, for special opportunities. With the amount of money I manage, I need to be careful, I can't even use big SLs...I think my biggest loss this year was about 10 pips, thats as much as I can take. With yen, its impossible...there 50 pips is nothing...can happen in matter of minutes.

the only thing I hit yesterday..was my head against the wall...did manage to resell the yen after I got stopped the first time...just covered now for a scalp...am long the aussie now, trying for 7840, where I would short also...in the EU looking for shorts near 1.1287, or 1.5478 in cable...might try and resell the yen at 119.51 for a scalp again...

well after following your style a bit, I think you could manage the yen, and 5-10 pip sl's are doable in there, its quite liquid...if you are going to trade the assian session exclusively, I think its good, in the long run, to be up to speed on the yen..

I used to trade GJ about 2 years ago...but back in the day I didn't care about SLs and DDs, I just kept buying the dips on the way up. But I will never forget the 200-500 pip spike dips, that freaked me out everytime. I am too old for that kind of stress!

I know USDJPY is calmer than GJ or EJ, but its still too volatile for me at this point.
