I don't have a EU trade in play at the moment. I'm a bear given the overall trend. My plan is to wait for a clear break before deciding which direction to play.

Can anyone direct me to a good correlation thread?

I traded the AUD correlated pairs yesterday with good results. I lined up euraud, audcad, gbpaud and audnzd for 4hr BO's (audusd was bullish but not exhibiting an obvious BO like the other pairs). There were probably other crosses but what I saw was enough information to make a decision. I have seen this pattern quite a few times before and it is an extremely high probable trade to take. Obviously it doesn't happen every day but perhaps more often than I'm aware of on smaller tf's. Correlation is obviously nothing new but correlated BO's work well and was just searching for information.

This range is kind of getting boring lately...there is no way to leave a trade open for more than a few hours, because profit turns instantly into loss or BE. 100-150 pips up and down, like it was nothing...I wish it finally broke through somewhere. I am not going to try to be smarter than the market, so I have no idea if it breaks down or up...I will just trade what I see next week, whatever happens.
Everyone can see the chart, but only a few can actually read it.

Said a similar thing in a post about 2 weeks ago. Imo it needs a good 300-400 pip move to get away from this consolidation, it feels like the EU is constricting the entire Fx market atm. The AU BO maybe a positive move as I have noticed that AU can sometimes be a pre-emptive move in the larger scheme of things (must be our time zone hehe )

I am curious to know what it was that "tyrant" taught??? Was it to be an adolescent bragard because he caught the right side of a trend?? Was the lesson to try to NOT become what he was??? I have watched his (it's) posts and have been as objective as possible for ME....there was no "good intent" there. I don't pretend to know WHAT the intent was...but it was nothing good. Any random 5th grader could have "gone short" the Euro the last weeks and been deemed a "guru"....so many people here are so quick to crown a new "prophet"..it's just sad.....

There WAS a PROFIT....it's called a CHART...EURO SHORT....it had NOTHING to do with "tyrant".....but learn where you may.....
