Bulls/scalpers may want to look for a bounce @ 1343 or 1344, how high I don't know- at least 10-15, maybe to 1383.

Nothing for me to trade until we make another trip above 1400.

That pattern you're looking for is better known as broadening formation or 'megaphone' ..

What do people most likely see coming up, a move lower to 1260/1120 or higher again 1450/1500?

Daily for me says up, so i can only trade that way

...and we rolled. A bearish close in daily with a key 1.138x taken leaving 1.127x naked for the test and waiting for the weekly close to confirm the break. However, for the one million time this month at these level intraday bulls manage to hold the upper hand for the roll leaving the 1.14xx handle intact for tomorrow.

The compression range is technically unsustainable for much longer. We have nearly 20 days of strong consolidation and the last few days are reaching nearly a flat line (perfect market equilibrium). It can blow any time. Now we have enough oxygen compress for a very very very decent move....

We'll see how it pans out....GL all trading overnight ...

Volatility diminishing meaning great risk of breakout and sudden jump in vols ... so best to keep positions small and leverage low in this situation...

perspective as beauty is in the eye of the beholder ...

For those using vertical levels [trendlines, channels, etc] instead of horizontal levels [support/res etc], the same expanding triangle some can see in whatever intraday small TF to the upside, can mean a confirmed break down of the consolidation pennant (or whatever is the name) confirmed in daily today for a continuation down...

The only difference is that smaller TFs patterns CANT be seen in larger Tfs ...and thats why, most of the time [if not always], small traders that oversee major Tfs and only focus in micro TFs get crushed in consolidation areas ....

Whatever the case, the euro is technically flat the last 2 weeks...
