USDJPY cartainly appears to prefer dwelling below the 119.00 handle.

Yy, agreed. But the thing is, I went short right after RBA cut, while at the same time ofc buying UJ. Was scubadiving for about a week now and few shorts got cut in loss, now @ BE. Was thinking why AUD reacted this way and think I have a solution . In Australia, there is not so strong stock market like in US or EU. When Europe or US cuts, is a massive buy on stocks immediatelly and currencies move in neg correlation. Afterwards, foreign investors start to buy those cheap currencies so they can invest too, so currency corrects. But in Australia, there is not so strong stock market, so this neg corellation doesnt take place and since cut is boost for invest, AUD is bought by foreign investors. Nevertheless, cut is cut and once initial inflow of capital stops, which can be pretty soon... also speeded up if Oil starts to drop again.. lower interest rates in the long run always end up in devaluating of currency.

UJ remains in a tight range ahead of 119.20 resistance. We still have Yellen's testimony next Tuesday, we might see more upward movement.

Descending trend-line from the recent top continue restricting UJ up-move and the pair is likely plunging towards 118.20 and 118 soon.

I think it just a matter of time for uj to fall to 117.25.
seeking to short at good entry either at retracement, or at break below 118.4.

holding long on xau right now, sl 1197, tp 1220.
will see.

Y, the TL is annoying. I got monthly fight here @ 118,54. Stops @ 118,27 and 118,15. I would prefere the move to be without your final push as am already scubadiving. Woke up late and though Eur trades ok, Yen, and especially Gbp/Yen, omg again.
