Not even FED releasing the FOMC minutes could provoke enough volatility to cause EUR/USD range break out. For how much longer will range continue, I wonder.

almost all Fed members voted for more dovish policy, so the expected rate hike moved from 2nd to 3rd quarter, equities up but will they move further?

I cant beleive i didnt follow my own rules about staying out before big news. I should have took profit then put in a couple orders one long and one short.. But not bieng Focused cost $$ . Tomarrow is another day..

....And they managed to flipped it at the end of the day. Bulls seemed doom since ystday roll but bears failed miserable at the end with a full combo of "good" news in less than 1 hour (first Greece quasi official confirmation, then ECB extending lines and then the almighty FED in as surprise report). Bulls regained the upper hand and there are coming with force.

Euro set to hold 1.138x for the roll leaving bulls intact and with a massive upper hand to test highs and even run stops to 1.161x. Unexpectedly today again 1.142x key and only level to track for the roll...

Mate we are definitively in disagreement with this. We are talking about the US not Greece!!!. Just to make it simpler and to the point, there are 2 huge areas right now driving the US. One is the huge revolution and renaissance of industries long gone driven by the shale revolution and cheap energy (...dont even make Gator start at this ... ).

The second and for me the most important, its the incredible and probably never seen before transformation in US urban cities driven by NY that now even include so called dead cities like Atalanta and even Detroit (yes Detroit !!!) that is base in innovation and startups. I can bet my 2 hands that the next googles, apples, amazons, etc will come from this massive influx of ideas.

Most analyst recognise that we HAVE NEVER have such a confluence of ideas and innovation and capital funding in the history of the world. The US (in economic terms) is ready to start if not already in the XXI century while the rest of the world was left hundred of miles behind because of the lack of reaction to the recessions and financial crisis.

For example, while we keep talking here in Europe in how to solve that 90% of the workforce depends on the public sector in Greece or over 60% in direct and indirect relation in places like France or Italy while in the US we are getting thousand of new ideas in new services rising billions of dollars and creating the path for the service economy in the 21st century...

Don't get me wrong I am not implying that is all roses in the US but for what is for sure its that you CANNOT put it now in the same bag as the rest of the world (in economic terms). The US right now is in another league with or without the FED.
