Deflation out of control in Europe. UK keep confirming the trend and may put a hard stop to the hawkish BOE in the short term.... Let see what the Germans brings to the session....

oh god.... this thursday.... why do i have a feeling thursday is gona be a wild ride??
Philly fed index.... market is known to move insane on an index like the philly fed which doesnt even need to make sense....

then we have the PMI coming out from EU, but i doubt its of any use... after the US data on thursday... the board is set....

Sounds reasonable, but there is no H4 sell signal up here....but what a coincidence...ZEW will be released when new H4 comes....

If german zew sentiment numbers goes higher than forecast, will it give an upturn for EUR?

likely muted effect. because zew sentiment as previously discussed is only a Private survey on German companies....
its just like you walking up to a fat american and ask if they feel optimistic bout losing weight..... they would say yes... but the undeniable truth is they are fat....

walk up to a german manufacturing to ask if they are confident about their business, they will say yes they are confident, but the fat behind is that they are completely inefficient like any european manufacturing, because of multitude of reasons such as stupid european pensions, retarded labour law that restricts employees from working overtime..... etc etc....

usdx is taking a hit atm , giving upper hand for bulls , keeping the hardle below 138x would make the low you pointed a question of time today .

yes you are right. I use fibs and extensions and broken S&R to pick the exact reversal points most of the time it works for me to get 50 to 100 pips
